と主張する人がいますが、デマです。

上記ツイートで示されている動画のセリフを確認してみましょう。

当初（２０２１年６月頃）はワクチン接種による感染予防効果も期待されていたのですが、そのすぐあとに感染力の強いデルタ株が出現してあっという間に広まってしまい、ワクチン接種後のブレークスルー感染が問題になりました。しかし一定の感染予防効果は保たれていると言われています。また、ワクチンの主目的は「重症化や発症を防ぐこと」であり、その目的は十分な成功を収めているので、「ワクチンは失敗」などしていません。

Germ Gamesとは

War Games という言葉が「戦争を想定した演習・訓練」という意味で使われますが、それに倣って、テロリストなどによるバイオテロを想定した演習・訓練をビル・ゲイツは「Germ Games」と呼んでいます。
