August 3, 2021, announcing: \u201cPatrick King is a proud father of 2, Freedom Fighter and Patriot who took on the powerful government in Alberta, and WON!\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u6cd5\u52d9\u30c1\u30fc\u30e0\u306f\u30012021\u5e748\u67083\u65e5\u306b\u300c<a A87988036R.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n\u53f8\u6cd5\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u306f\u307e\u305f\u3001\u30a2\u30eb\u30d0\u30fc\u30bf\u5dde\u306e\u30af\u30a4\u30fc\u30f3\u30ba\u30d9\u30f3\u30c1\u306e\u88c1\u5224\u6240\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u756a\u53f71211000751\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u95a2\u9023\u3059\u308b\u6cd5\u7684\u6587\u66f8\u306e\u3044\u304f\u3064\u304b\u3092\u8abf\u67fb\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u516c\u8846\u885b\u751f\u6cd5 subpoena Alberta\u2019s Chief Medical Health Officer.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"markrc6z75la2\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0<\/span>\u6c0f\u306f\u3001\u30a2\u30eb\u30d0\u30fc\u30bf\u5dde\u306e\u6700\u9ad8\u533b\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u5b98\u3092\u53ec\u559a\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u5931\u6557\u3057\u305f\u3088\u3046\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">In the government\u2019s filed Originating Application, July 16, 2021, the government notes Mr. King obtained a subpoena for the CMOH Dr. Deena Hinshaw to give evidence in the Provincial Court proceeding (the ticket case).<\/span><br \/>\n2021\u5e747\u670816\u65e5\u306b\u63d0\u51fa\u3055\u308c\u305f\u653f\u5e9c\u306e\u539f\u544a\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u3067\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u306f\u3001\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u6c0f\u304c\u5dde\u88c1\u5224\u6240\u306e\u8a34\u8a1f\uff08\u524d\u8ff0\u306e\u30c1\u30b1\u30c3\u30c8\u306e\u3082\u306e\uff09\u3067\u8a3c\u62e0\u3092\u63d0\u51fa\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u6700\u9ad8\u533b\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u5b98\u30c7\u30a3\u30fc\u30ca\u30fb\u30d2\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30a6\u535a\u58eb\u306e\u53ec\u559a\u72b6\u3092\u53d6\u5f97\u3057\u305f\u3068\u8ff0\u3079\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">The subpoena was issued by a Justice of the Peace under the Criminal Code, requesting the CMOH bring \u201call white papers describing the isolation of the COIVD-19 aka SARS-CoV-2 virus in human beings, directly from a sample taken from a diseased patient\u201d,<\/span><br \/>\n\u3053\u306e\u53ec\u559a\u72b6\u306f\u3001\u5211\u6cd5\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u3044\u3066\u6cbb\u5b89\u5224\u4e8b\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u767a\u884c\u3055\u308c\u3001\u6700\u9ad8\u533b\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u5b98\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u300c\u4eba\u9593\u306e\u60a3\u8005\u304b\u3089\u63a1\u53d6\u3057\u305f\u30b5\u30f3\u30d7\u30eb\u304b\u3089\u3001\u76f4\u63a5\u3001\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9\uff08SARS-CoV-2\uff09\u3092\u5206\u96e2\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u8a3c\u660e\u3059\u308b\u5168\u3066\u306e\u30db\u30ef\u30a4\u30c8\u30da\u30fc\u30d1\u30fc\u300d\u3092\u63d0\u51fa\u3059\u308b\u3088\u3046\u8981\u6c42\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span technically deficient<\/a>&nbsp;and the Justice of the Peace had no jurisdiction to issue it.<\/span><br \/>\n\u653f\u5e9c\u306f\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/2021.08.04-07.48-redvoicemedia-610aef29c1269.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u53ec\u559a\u72b6\u304c\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u3067\u3042\u308b<\/a>\u305f\u3081\u3001\u6cbb\u5b89\u5224\u4e8b\u304c\u305d\u308c\u3092\u767a\u884c\u3059\u308b\u6a29\u9650\u3092\u6301\u305f\u306a\u3044\u3068\u4e3b\u5f35\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">The Government further stated, Mr. King has \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/2021.08.04-07.48-redvoicemedia-610aef29c1269.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no evidence<\/a>\u201d showing that \u201cthe evidence sought from the CMOH is likely to be material\u201d [legal term for meaning relevant and related] to the provincial court ticket received.<\/span><br \/>\n\u300c\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u6c0f\u304c\u3001\u6cd5\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u3044\u3066\u6700\u9ad8\u533b\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u5b98\u306b\u3088\u308a\u767a\u884c\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3001\u547d\u4ee4\u306e\u8ad6\u7406\u7684\u6839\u62e0\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u8a3c\u62e0\u3092\u6b32\u3057\u304c\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u306f\u660e\u3089\u304b\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">he seeks evidence about the \u2018Crafting of the statutes\u2019,\u201d stated the Government\u2019s Affidavit.<\/span><br \/>\n\u5f7c\u306f \u201c\u6cd5\u4ee4\u306e\u4f5c\u6210\u201d \u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306e\u8a3c\u62e0\u3092\u6b32\u3057\u304c\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u300d\u3068\u653f\u5e9c\u306e\u5ba3\u8a93\u4f9b\u8ff0\u66f8\u306f\u8ff0\u3079\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">There do not appear to be any critical admissions by Dr. Hinshaw about the SARS-CoV-2 virus and this document has been prepared by the government\u2019s legal team, not Dr. Hinshaw.<br \/>\n<\/span>\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u6700\u9ad8\u533b\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u5b98\u30d2\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30a6\u535a\u58eb\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5426\u5b9a\u7684\u306a\u767a\u8a00\u306f\u7121\u3044\u3088\u3046\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u3053\u306e\u6587\u66f8\u306f\u30d2\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30a6\u535a\u58eb\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u653f\u5e9c\u306e\u6cd5\u52d9\u30c1\u30fc\u30e0\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u4f5c\u6210\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span states the Government Affidavit.<\/span><br \/>\n\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u6c0f\u306b\u767a\u884c\u3055\u308c\u305f\u30c1\u30b1\u30c3\u30c8\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u8a3c\u62e0\u3092\u6700\u9ad8\u533b\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u5b98\u306f\u6301\u3063\u3066\u304a\u3089\u305a\u3001\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u6c0f\u306b\u4e0e\u3048\u3066\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u300d\u3068\u653f\u5e9c\u306e\u5ba3\u8a93\u4f9b\u8ff0\u66f8\u306f\u8ff0\u3079\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">The Judge hearing the case informed the Accused, Mr. Patrick King, that he had not properly filed a Charter challenge against the law as required to fight the law itself, and thus could only address the ticket issued to him.<\/span><br connected to the relaxing of Covid restrictions in Alberta which fully opened on July 1, 2021.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"markrc6z75la2\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0<\/span>\u6c0f\u306e\u8a34\u8a1f\u306f\u3001\u30a2\u30eb\u30d0\u30fc\u30bf\u5dde\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u306e\u898f\u5236\u7de9\u548c\uff082021\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u306b\uff3b\u9694\u96e2\u30fb\u691c\u67fb\u8981\u4ef6\u306a\u3069\u306e\u4e00\u90e8\u898f\u5236\u3092\u9664\u3044\u3066\uff3d\u5b8c\u5168\u306b\u958b\u653e\uff09\u3068\u306f\u7121\u95a2\u4fc2\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\"> The Government of Alberta states they have opened the province due to achieving the government\u2019s stated goal of 70% of Albertans receiving their first vaccine.<\/span><br \/>\n\u30a2\u30eb\u30d0\u30fc\u30bf\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306e\u7b2c\uff11\u56de\u76ee\u63a5\u7a2e\u738770\uff05\u3068\u3044\u3046\u653f\u5e9c\u306e\u76ee\u6a19\u3092\u9054\u6210\u3057\u305f\u305f\u3081\u3001\u5dde\u3092\u958b\u653e\u3057\u305f\u3068\u8ff0\u3079\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\"> Whether that is the reason, remains to be discovered in future court&nbsp; hearings.<\/span><br
