pregnant.<\/span><br birth (mostly among participants with vaccination in the third trimester).<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">CONCLUSIONS<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u7d50\u8ad6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Preliminary findings did not show obvious safety signals among pregnant persons who received mRNA Covid-19 vaccines.<\/span><br and mRNA-1273 (Moderna).<\/span><br \/>\n\u7c73\u56fd\u3067\u6700\u521d\u306b\u5229\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\uff08Covid-19\uff09\u7528\u306e\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306f\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30f3\u30b8\u30e3\u30fcRNA\uff08mRNA\uff09\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\uff08BNT162b2\uff3b\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30b6\u30fc\u30fb\u30d3\u30aa\u30f3\u30c6\u30c3\u30af\uff3d\u304a\u3088\u3073mRNA-1273\uff3b\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u30ca\uff3d\uff09\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">In December 2020, the vaccines were granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a two-dose series, 3 weeks apart for Pfizer\u2013BioNTech and 1 month apart for Moderna, and were recommended for use by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).<\/span><br \/>\n2020\u5e7412\u6708\u3001\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306fFDA\uff08\u98df\u54c1\u533b\u85ac\u54c1\u5c40\uff09\u304b\u30892\u56de\u306e\u63a5\u7a2e\u30921\u30bb\u30c3\u30c8\u3068\u3057\u3066\u7dca\u6025\u4f7f\u7528\u8a31\u53ef\uff08EUA\uff09\u304c\u4e0e\u3048\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u9593\u9694\u306f\u3001ACIP\uff08\u4e88\u9632\u63a5\u7a2e\u306e\u5b9f\u65bd\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u8aee\u554f\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\uff09\u306e\u63a8\u5968\u3067\u306f\u3001\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30b6\u30fc\u30fb\u30d3\u30aa\u30f3\u30c6\u30c3\u30af\u306f3\u9031\u9593\u3001\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u30ca\u306f1\u304b\u6708\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Pregnant persons were excluded from preauthorization clinical trials, and only limited human data on safety during pregnancy were available at the time of authorization.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">However, pregnant persons with Covid-19 are at increased risk for severe illness (e.g., resulting in admission to an intensive care unit, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, or mechanical ventilation) and death, as compared with nonpregnant persons of reproductive age.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Furthermore, pregnant persons with Covid-19 might be at increased risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as preterm birth, as compared with pregnant persons without Covid-19.<\/span><br \/>\n\u3055\u3089\u306b\u3001\u598a\u5a20\u4e2d\u306b\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u306b\u611f\u67d3\u3057\u305f\u4eba\u306f\u3001\u611f\u67d3\u3057\u3066\u3044\u306a\u3044\u598a\u5a66\u3068\u6bd4\u8f03\u3057\u3066\u3001\u65e9\u7523\u306a\u3069\u306e\u6709\u5bb3\u306a\u598a\u5a20\u8ee2\u5e30\u306e\u30ea\u30b9\u30af\u304c\u9ad8\u304f\u306a\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and ACIP, in collaboration with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Academy of Pediatrics, have issued guidance indicating that Covid-19 vaccines should not be withheld from pregnant persons.<\/span><br \/>\nCDC\uff08\u7c73\u56fd\u75be\u75c5\u4e88\u9632\u7ba1\u7406\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\uff09\u3068ACIP\uff08\u4e88\u9632\u63a5\u7a2e\u306e\u5b9f\u65bd\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u8aee\u554f\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\uff09\u306f\u3001\u7c73\u56fd\u7523\u79d1\u5a66\u4eba\u79d1\u5b66\u4f1a\u304a\u3088\u3073\u7c73\u56fd\u5c0f\u5150\u79d1\u5b66\u4f1a\u3068\u5354\u529b\u3057\u3066\u3001\u598a\u5a66\u304c\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306e\u63a5\u7a2e\u3092\u63a7\u3048\u308b\u3079\u304d\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3059\u308b\u30ac\u30a4\u30c0\u30f3\u30b9\u3092\u767a\u884c\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Postauthorization monitoring in pregnant persons is necessary to characterize the safety of these new Covid-19 vaccines, which use mRNA, lipid nanoparticles, and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.<\/span><br \/>\n\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u627f\u8a8d\u5f8c\u306e\u598a\u5a66\u306e\u30e2\u30cb\u30bf\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u306f\u3001mRNA\uff0f\u8102\u8cea\u30ca\u30ce\u7c92\u5b50\uff0f\u6700\u5148\u7aef\u306e\u88fd\u9020\u30d7\u30ed\u30bb\u30b9\u3092\u63a1\u7528\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Furthermore, establishing their safety profiles is critical to inform recommendations on maternal vaccination against Covid-19.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">We report preliminary findings of mRNA Covid-19 vaccine safety in pregnant persons from three U.S. vaccine safety monitoring systems: the \u201cv-safe after vaccination health checker\u201d surveillance system, the v-safe pregnancy registry, and the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">V-safe Surveillance System and Pregnancy Registry<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>V-safe\u76e3\u8996\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u3068V-safe\u598a\u5a20\u30ec\u30b8\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">V-safe is a new CDC smartphone-based active-surveillance system developed for the Covid-19 vaccination program; enrollment is voluntary.<\/span><br \/>\nV-safe\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u7528\u306b\u958b\u767a\u3055\u308c\u305fCDC\u306e\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u30b9\u30de\u30fc\u30c8\u30d5\u30a9\u30f3\u30d9\u30fc\u30b9\u306e\u30a2\u30af\u30c6\u30a3\u30d6\u76e3\u8996\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u3067\u3001\u767b\u9332\u306f\u4efb\u610f\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">During the first week after vaccination with any dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, participants are prompted to report local and systemic signs and symptoms during daily surveys and rank them as mild, moderate, or severe;<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Eligible persons are those who received vaccination during pregnancy or in the periconception period (30 days before the last menstrual period through 14 days after) and are 18 years of age or older.<\/span><br complications, birth outcomes, and contact information for obstetric and pediatric health care providers to obtain medical records;<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">VAERS<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>VAERS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">The VAERS is a national spontaneous-reporting (passive-surveillance) system established in 1990 that is administered by the CDC and the FDA.<\/span><br \/>\nVAERS\u306f\u30011990\u5e74\u306b\u8a2d\u7acb\u3055\u308c\u305f\u5168\u56fd\u7684\u306a\u81ea\u767a\u7684\u5831\u544a\uff08\u53d7\u52d5\u7684\u76e3\u8996\uff09\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001CDC\u3068FDA\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u7ba1\u7406\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Anyone can submit a report to the VAERS.<\/span><br \/>\n\u8ab0\u3067\u3082VAERS\u306b\u5831\u544a\u3092\u63d0\u51fa\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Health care providers are required to report certain adverse events after vaccination, including pregnancy-related complications resulting in hospitalization and congenital anomalies, under the conditions of the EUAs for Covid-19 vaccines;<\/span><br \/>\n\u533b\u7642\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306e\u7dca\u6025\u4f7f\u7528\u8a31\u53ef\uff08EUA\uff09\u306e\u6761\u4ef6\u306e\u4e0b\u3001\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u5f8c\u306e\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u6709\u5bb3\u4e8b\u8c61\uff08\u5165\u9662\u3084\u5148\u5929\u6027\u7570\u5e38\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3059\u598a\u5a20\u95a2\u9023\u306e\u5408\u4f75\u75c7\u3092\u542b\u3080\uff09\u3092\u5831\u544a\u3059\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">the CDC encourages reporting of any clinically significant maternal and infant adverse events.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Signs and symptoms of adverse events are coded with the use of the Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities (MedDRA), version 23.1.<\/span><br the BNT162b2 (Pfizer\u2013BioNTech) vaccine and the mRNA-1273 (Moderna) vaccine on the day after vaccination among all pregnant persons 16 to 54 years of age and among nonpregnant women 16 to 54 years of age as a comparator.<\/span><br stillbirth).<\/span><br described for both v-safe and VAERS participants.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">and VAERS reports involving pregnant women received through February 28, 2021 (221 persons).<\/span><br SURVEILLANCE: LOCAL AND SYSTEMIC REACTOGENICITY IN PREGNANT PERSONS<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>V-safe \u306b\u3088\u308b\u89b3\u5bdf\uff1a\u598a\u5a20\u4e2d\u306e\u4eba\u306e\u5c40\u6240\u7684\u304a\u3088\u3073\u5168\u8eab\u7684\u306a\u526f\u53cd\u5fdc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">From December 14, 2020, to February 28, 2021, a total of 35,691 v-safe participants identified as pregnant.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Age distributions were similar among the participants who received the Pfizer\u2013BioNTech vaccine and those who received the Moderna vaccine, with the majority of the participants being 25 to 34 years of age (61.9% and 60.6% for each vaccine, respectively) and non-Hispanic White (76.2% and 75.4%, respectively);<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Small differences in reporting frequency between pregnant persons and nonpregnant women were observed for specific reactions (injection-site pain was reported more frequently among pregnant persons, and other systemic reactions were reported more frequently among nonpregnant women), but the overall reactogenicity profile was similar.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">V-SAFE PREGNANCY REGISTRY: PREGNANCY OUTCOMES AND NEONATAL OUTCOMES<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>V-safe \u598a\u5a20\u30ec\u30b8\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea\uff1a\u598a\u5a20\u8ee2\u5e30\u3068\u65b0\u751f\u5150\u8ee2\u5e30<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">As of March 30, 2021, the v-safe pregnancy registry call center attempted to contact 5230 persons who were vaccinated through February 28, 2021, and who identified during a v-safe survey as pregnant at or shortly after Covid-19 vaccination.<\/span><br \/>\n2021\u5e743\u670830\u65e5\u306e\u6642\u70b9\u3067\u3001V-safe\u598a\u5a20\u30ec\u30b8\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea\u306e\u30b3\u30fc\u30eb\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u306f\u30012021\u5e742\u670828\u65e5\u307e\u3067\u306b\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3066\u3044\u305f5,230\u4eba\uff08\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u6642\u306b\u598a\u5a20\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u304b\u3001\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u306e\u3059\u3050\u5f8c\u3067V-safe\u8abf\u67fb\u4e2d\u306b\u598a\u5a20\u3057\u305f\u4eba\uff09\u306b\u9023\u7d61\u3092\u8a66\u307f\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Of these, 912 were unreachable, 86 declined to participate, and 274 did not meet inclusion criteria (e.g., were never pregnant, were pregnant but received vaccination more than 30 days before the last menstrual period, or did not provide enough information to determine eligibility).<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">The registry enrolled 3958 participants with vaccination from December 14, 2020, to February 28, 2021, of whom 3719 (94.0%) identified as health care personnel.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Among enrolled participants, most were 25 to 44 years of age (98.8%), non-Hispanic White (79.0%), and, at the time of interview, did not report a Covid-19 diagnosis during pregnancy (97.6%) (Table 3).<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">During the analysis period, the VAERS received and processed 221 reports involving Covid-19 vaccination among pregnant persons;<\/span><br \/>\n\u5206\u6790\u671f\u9593\u4e2d\u3001VAERS\u306f\u3001\u598a\u5a66\u306e\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b221\u4ef6\u306e\uff08\u6709\u5bb3\u4e8b\u8c61\u306e\uff09\u5831\u544a\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u53d6\u308a\u51e6\u7406\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span surveillance review of the safety of mRNA Covid-19 vaccines during pregnancy and the periconception period indicates that some pregnant persons in the United States are choosing to be vaccinated against Covid-19 in all trimesters of pregnancy.<\/span><br and neonatal death) among participants with completed pregnancies from the v-safe pregnancy registry appear to be similar to the published incidences in pregnant populations studied before the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Thus, comparisons of the proportions of vaccinated women with these outcomes to previously published estimates are limited by likely differences between these populations in age, ethnic group, and other social, demographic, and clinical characteristics that are known to be associated with pregnancy and neonatal outcomes.<\/span><br vaccinated early in pregnancy have had live births captured in the v-safe pregnancy registry to date; follow-up is ongoing.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Whereas some pregnancies with vaccination in the first and early second trimester have been completed, the majority are ongoing,<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">and a direct comparison of outcomes on the basis of timing of vaccination is needed to define the proportion of spontaneous abortions in this cohort.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">The VAERS is subject to the limitations of passive surveillance.<\/span><br \/>\nVAERS\u306b\u306f\u53d7\u52d5\u7684\u8abf\u67fb\u306b\u7279\u6709\u306e\u5236\u9650\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Despite EUA mandatory reporting requirements and CDC guidance on VAERS reporting, there is probably substantial underreporting of pregnancy- and neonatal-specific adverse events.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">We also do not know the total number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered to pregnant persons, which further limits our ability to estimate rates of reported adverse events from VAERS data.<\/span><br class=\"haiiro\">Among pregnancy-specific conditions reported to the VAERS after Covid-19 vaccination, miscarriage was the most common.<\/span><br \/>\n\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u5f8c\u306b\u3001VAERS\u306b\u5831\u544a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u598a\u5a20\u7279\u6709\u306e\u6709\u5bb3\u4e8b\u8c61\u306e\u3046\u3061\u6700\u3082\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u3060\u3063\u305f\u306e\u306f\u3001\u6d41\u7523\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">This is similar to what was observed during the influenza A (H1N1) pandemic in 2009 after the introduction of the 2009 H1N1 inactivated influenza vaccine, where miscarriage was the most common adverse event reported by pregnant persons who received that vaccine.<\/span><br \/>\n\u3053\u308c\u306f\u30012009\u5e74\u306eH1N1\u4e0d\u6d3b\u5316\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30eb\u30a8\u30f3\u30b6\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306e\u5c0e\u5165\u5f8c\u306b\u3001\u540c\u5e74\u306b\u8d77\u304d\u305f\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30eb\u30a8\u30f3\u30b6A\uff08H1N1\uff09\u306e\u30d1\u30f3\u30c7\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u4e2d\u306b\u89b3\u5bdf\u3055\u308c\u305f\u6709\u5bb3\u4e8b\u8c61\u3068\u4f3c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u6d41\u7523\u306f\u3001H1N1\u4e0d\u6d3b\u5316\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30eb\u30a8\u30f3\u30b6\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u3092\u63a5\u7a2e\u3057\u305f\u598a\u5a66\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u5831\u544a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3001\u6700\u3082\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u306a\u6709\u5bb3\u4e8b\u8c61\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">In addition to vaccination protecting women against Covid-19 and its complications during pregnancy, emerging evidence has shown transplacental transfer of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) antibodies after maternal Covid-19 vaccination during the third trimester,<\/span><br \/>\n\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u3092\u63a5\u7a2e\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u3068\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u306b\u3088\u308b\u598a\u5a20\u4e2d\u306e\u5408\u4f75\u75c7\u304b\u3089\u5973\u6027\u3092\u5b88\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u3055\u3089\u306b\u3001\u598a\u5a20\u7b2c3\u671f\u306b\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u3092\u63a5\u7a2e\u3057\u305f\u6bcd\u89aa\u304b\u3089\u3001\u80ce\u76e4\u3092\u901a\u3058\u3066\u80ce\u5150\u306b\u3082\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9\uff08SARS-CoV-2\uff09\u3078\u306e\u6297\u4f53\u304c\u53d7\u3051\u7d99\u304c\u308c\u305f\u3068\u3044\u3046\u65b0\u305f\u306a\u8a3c\u62e0\u304c\u898b\u3064\u304b\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">which suggests that maternal vaccination might provide some level of protection to the neonate.<\/span><br \/>\n\u3053\u308c\u306f\u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u6bcd\u89aa\u304c\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u3092\u63a5\u7a2e\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u65b0\u751f\u5150\u3092\u3042\u308b\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5b88\u308b\u52b9\u679c\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u5506\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">However, we do not have data on antibody transfer and level of protection relative to the timing of vaccination.<\/span><br \/>\n\u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u6297\u4f53\u306e\u79fb\u52d5\u3068\u9632\u5fa1\u52b9\u679c\u3092\u3001\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u63a5\u7a2e\u306e\u30bf\u30a4\u30df\u30f3\u30b0\u3068\u95a2\u9023\u4ed8\u3051\u305f\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">The CDC and the FDA are continuing to monitor and disseminate information about the safety of mRNA and additional types of Covid-19 vaccines in pregnant persons.<\/span><br \/>\nCDC\u3068FDA\u306f\u3001\u598a\u5a66\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308bmRNA\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306e\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u60c5\u5831\u306e\u76e3\u8996\u3068\u5468\u77e5\u3092\u7d9a\u3051\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Early data from the v-safe surveillance system, the v-safe pregnancy registry, and the VAERS do not indicate any obvious safety signals with respect to pregnancy or neonatal outcomes associated with Covid-19 vaccination in the third trimester of pregnancy.<\/span><br \/>\nV-safe\u76e3\u8996\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\uff0fV-safe\u598a\u5a20\u30ec\u30b8\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea\uff0fVAERS\u306e\u521d\u671f\u306e\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u306b\u3088\u308c\u3070\u3001\u598a\u5a20\u7b2c3\u671f\u306b\u65b0\u578b\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u3092\u63a5\u7a2e\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u598a\u5a20\u307e\u305f\u306f\u65b0\u751f\u5150\u306e\u8ee2\u5e30\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306a\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u306e\u61f8\u5ff5\u306f\u793a\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"haiiro\">Continued monitoring is needed to further assess maternal, pregnancy, neonatal, and childhood outcomes associated with maternal Covid-19 vaccination, including in earlier stages of pregnancy and during the preconception period.<\/span><br
